The Procurement and Logistics Manager will successfully manage the Purchasing and Logistics functions to support the Operations team by optimizing the timing and costs of inbound and outbound goods to balance the goals of lowest total cost, on-time receipt of raw material components, on-time delivery of finished goods and minimal utilization of physical space and operating capital for inventory storage. The Procurement and Logistics Manager will have the following responsibilities: " Oversee and monitor inventory levels, inventory pricing and the coordination of all activities related to procurement of supplies through delivery of finished goods in cooperation with the Purchasing Manager. " Oversee and monitor the receiving, warehousing, and distribution of all inventory items in cooperation with the Warehouse Supervisor. Park Record, Job Description: I'm looking for a person who knows Wordpress and Optimizepress 2.0 like the back of their hand PLUS is a design genius. We have a consistent flow of projects and this could easily turn into a full time contract position. This will be an ongoing relationship with weekly projects that just may overwhelm you. You will be part time around 10-20 hrs per week for now and we will do this on a project-by-project payout. We will also require you to come to "Content Creation Workshops" in Park City where you'll be working with our clients to insert content into their websites and help customize the design. If you qualify, please submit your resume and proposal. ALSO provide samples of OptimizePress pages YOU personally have created. I will have you demonstrate that you know BOTH before I hire you. Responsibilities: Build and design incredible-looking websites using WP and OP 2.0. Here's what needs to happen on the websites we will have you build: 1. Set up a new wordpress install on an existing or new host (we'll provide the hosting and domain information) 2. Use our backupbuddy account to import an existing wordpress built site onto this new wordpress site. 3. Install Optimizepress 2.0 and activate it 4. Then go into each page (between 10-15 pages) and add custom branding to theme and customize - add existing logo and customize page colors to match a logo or specified colors. Approximately 5 sales pages, 5 video "thank you" pages, and 2-3 small landing pages. Pages vary by site, but this is pretty much the standard. 5. Then you will need to add videos and/or images to 5-7 of these templated pages. 6. BONUS: if you know how to manage uploading videos to certain video hosting sites like Youtube, vimeo, etc then that is a plus. 7. BONUS: if you know Infusionsoft on a basic level so you can login and grab form data or make minor adjustments as needed.
